Key Responsibilities
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Support the preparation of learning materials, activities, and educational resources.
Help in maintaining a clean, organised, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Guide children during playtime, circle time, learning stations, and outdoor activities.
Assist with attendance, daily reports, and communication with parents as required.
Provide individual support to children who need extra assistance.
Follow all school policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with children or in a nursery/school setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and follow teacher instructions.
Warm, patient, and dependable personality.
Basic understanding of child development is an advantage.
