Preparation and portioning of food items prior to cooking, such as tempura items, sauces, and grilled items.
Other duties include plating and garnishing cooked items.
Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen workstation

Requirements

Preferably with culinary arts education and training
Minimum of 2 years similar experience in UAE
Cooking and sushi-making experience
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various sushi techniques, such as cutting, slicing, rolling, and shaping sushi.
Strong knowledge of different type of fish, seafood, and other sushi ingredients, including their characteristics and seasonality
Good communication, time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
