HR 22-220 We are looking for an Assistant Storekeeper with good knowledge of stockroom or warehouse environment. Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree / similar filed
Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or record keeping.
Good working knowledge in stockroom or warehouse environment
Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) and typing.
Competencies in data entry and analysis
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
Some Major Responsibilities
Processing the order sheets
Check the quantities in the system.
Reserve it in the system through the Stock Transfer Voucher.
Mark the reservation on the Order Sheets.
Advise reservation status to the Order Processing Department.
Deliver the material according to the Delivery Orders and the Sales Orders
Update the Order Sheets after the receipt of Delivery Orders / Delivery of materials and noting the relevant details on the said document
Enter the Stock Transfer Voucher in the system for the showrooms as per the Material Requisition Slip.
Maintain the register for the material or samples given to management (material to be issued only through obtaining the signatures of the management) and to follow up for its return.
Make a proper packing list for the delivery of material
Count and check the physical condition of the material returned from the customer
Arrange for the material to be unloaded in a proper and correct manner
To check and identify the stacking position of the material and to oversee that the instructions are followed correctly by the junior staff.
