Job Description
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous Supervisor/Assistant manager experience preferred.
Fashion/ Baby retail preferred, but retail experience is essential.
Strong understanding of KPIS - Conversion, ATV, UPT and how they use these to drive sales in a business.
Leadership, communication skills, organization, positive attitude - role model behaviours.
UAE Experience Required:
Preferred, not essential.:
Support store manager in the running of the store, managing the team in the absence of SM or ASM, driving sales through the store team and adding value and leadership to the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
