Assistant Store Manager (all Branches Nationwide)

Job Description
Check the shop's condition and be ready to open and close every day. Take care of product arrangement (Display / Merchandising) to be in accordance with company standards. Check the cleanliness, safety and orderliness of the sales area. Help plan staff schedules Monitor employee performance to ensure service standards are met. Solve immediate problems for customers, provide product recommendations, and control service quality. Restock when supplies are low, control expired or damaged products.
Job Requirements
Completed a bachelor's degree in any field Experience in retail/shop/restaurant/service business will be given special consideration. Experience in store management or team management -- supervising employees, shift schedules, evaluations, etc. Good at solving immediate problems, making decisions
