Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
Strong experience in specialty coffee operations
Background in high-end or premium restaurant environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-motivating skills
Strong understanding of daily store operations, inventory, and quality control
A guest-focused mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to support the Store Manager in driving performance and maintaining brand standards
Key Responsibilities
Assist in leading daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
Maintain high product quality and service standards
Train, guide, and support the store team
Manage inventory levels and product ordering
Support in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
