Job Description

Inventory Management



Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and products. Help conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory audits. Report low stock levels or discrepancies to the store supervisor.

2. Receiving & Issuing Goods



Unpack and inspect items for damage or defects upon arrival. Label and store goods in the appropriate locations. Assist in issuing items based on requisition or work orders. Ensure proper documentation during receiving and dispatching processes.

3. Recordkeeping & Documentation



Maintain inventory logs, delivery notes, and other stock-related documents.

4. Housekeeping & Safety



Keep the store/warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for different types of materials. Assist in ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.

5. Coordination and Communication



Coordinate with other departments for timely delivery and issuance of stock. Report damaged or expired stock to the storekeeper or supervisor.
