  • Ensure all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes.
  • Implements, monitors and enforces workplace safety standards. Leads by example to encourage a safe work environment.
  • Ensures all client services are being carried out in a professional, correct and efficient manner.
  • Monitors quality control in all aspects of operation.
  • Promotes and practices excellent client service and ensures all staff is doing the same.
  • To assist Management in increasing the Spa\xe2\x80\x99s profitability.
  • To supervise staff within the section.
  • To be flexible and willing when asked to fill in any areas where needed to help in an emergency or difficult circumstance as assigned or required by Management.
  • To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by Management from time to time.
  • Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
  • Assists with orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary action for store staff.
  • Administrative Management.
  • Having a positive attitude towards work, are self-disciplined and self-motivated, sets a good working example for all sub-ordinates.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing all operations in a retail environment.
  • Experience with spa and/or massage therapy industries preferred. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
