Oversee the smooth running of the spa and wellness programme on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
Create new, unique and interesting spa and wellness activities that draw upon the best cultural offerings of the area in which the resort is located.
To continually position the spa and wellness programme by offering alternatives as a point of competitive advantage for the resort.
To have a complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the resort.
To assist in the effective and efficient coordination of all spa and wellness programmes booked by our guests through Reservations, Spa, Wellness or other means.
Prepare and circulate clear information to department on a daily basis regarding all guests participating in the spa and wellness programme.
To assist with the marketing & promotion of the wellness programme, in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Executive for all internal and external marketing material and advertising
Work closely with all departments to promote the wellness programme to ensure that we maximize guest satisfaction and resort revenue.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years\' experience on a similar role with a 5-star hotel
Physically fit and good communication skills
Very good organization and leadership skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
A strong understanding of health and wellness strategies
Ability to develop and implement wellness initiatives
Ability to develop and deliver wellness training programmes
