Performs data entry to support the preparation of performance and operational reports.
Reports to the Stock Control Analyst and performs all warehouse operations as requested and according to assigned schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in receiving, stocking, and issuing goods.
Develops working knowledge of warehouse operations and detailed knowledge of goods within the assigned commodity group.
Receives goods cleared by customs in the receiving area for inspection, ensuring all items have an approved and issued purchase order in the system.
Conducts inspections of received goods and enters receipts into the system, identifying discrepancies, rejecting damaged items, and redirecting goods when required.
Coordinates delivery of items to end-users or places received items in their designated storage locations.
Processes internal requests for consumption or transfer of goods, as well as external client requests, by obtaining necessary approvals and preparing and physically transferring goods.
Assists in picking, packing, and shipping activities, including picking items, transferring them to staging areas, and preparing them for packing and dispatch.
Supports reverse logistics activities by processing authorized and approved product recalls, returns, and exchanges.
Performs physical and cycle counts throughout the year to ensure the accuracy of inventory quantities and values.
