Dubai based ladies fashion brand looking for a dynamic, driven and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team.

Scope of work:

Create (capture and edit) photo and video content for our brand in instagram, and cordinate external content creators Develop, own and continuously refine the social media and content startegy for our brand ensuring alignment with business goals and brand vision while driving long-term growth and innovation. Lead, Mentor, and manage the social media, and content team, inclusing delegation of task to staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and ensures high-quality, timely execution. Build and execute data-driven strategies through audience insights, competitive analysis, and platform trends. Photo editing / video editing skills ( via mobile apps or Adobe softwares) Ability to grow organic followers in social campaigns Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments in social media best practice Influencers/affiliate partners outreach and relationship management Evaluating all social media campaigns and its performance Arrange and execute photoshoots by arranging photographers and models and finding right locations. Provide support for any marketing activity All ancillary tasks which might be necessary for effective discharge of role
You should be good with:

Content Creation Creativity Excellent communication skills Trend spotting and Editing skills Copywriting skills
Requirements:

Experience in making engaging contents using Instagram is a must. If you don't have experience with creating engaging content - this role will not be suitable for you Experience in photography and video editing Work experience: 0-2 years in a similar role or have graduated from a similar field of study Social media lover - hungry for fun content creation and always up to date with social trends Experience in fashion is a bonus Previous experience in working with local female influencers is big plus Microsoft Office skill (Especially Excel) Google Sheets Self starter and can do attitude

Work Remotely:

Possible but we prefer Dubai based , as you have to be present for the content creation process
