Key Responsibilities * Achievement of Service revenue & Gross Margin targets of the branch.

• Ensure all service jobs are carried out at the highest quality & workmanship standards, in a most cost effective way; and exceed productivity & efficiency targets.
• Establish & maintain good working relations with customers to ensure repeat sales & referral business.
• Co-ordinate with CRM / Sales team for post service feedback and follow up with dissatisfied customers to ensure timely fulfilment of vehicle servicing requirements and achievement of targets.
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained in the workshop & that all members of the service team adhere to the policy.
• Planning & monitoring staffing levels, provision of recommended Tools & equipment for workshop & technicians to ensure that service standards set by principal & business objectives are met.
• Ensure that all workshop assets are well maintained & up kept in best condition. Ensure proper housekeeping is well maintained across all workshops within the workshop.
• Analyse technical problems faced at service centres and provide advice for resolution, monitor technician productivity /efficiency, identify skill / knowledge requirements and recommend for training programs.
• Hold regular team meetings, identify improvement areas, give feedback on performance and motivate the team to make improvements where necessary.
• Provide internal MIS reports like revenue report per technician, parts consumption report, etc.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
