We are looking for a responsible and experienced
Assistant Security Manager
with a validSIRA certification
to support daily security operations and manage security staff at site.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Security Manager in daily operations Supervise security guards and supervisors Ensure SIRA rules and site procedures are followed Prepare duty rosters, reports, and incident logs Handle client coordination and site inspections Support training, discipline, and performance of guards Respond to incidents and emergencies when required
Requirements:
Valid
SIRA Assistant Security Manager / Supervisor Certificate
Minimum 2-3 years experience in UAE security field Good communication skills (English required) Basic computer skills (reports, emails, rosters) Leadership and team management ability Physically fit and professional appearanceWorking Hours:
As per site requirement
Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,700 - 3,000 Visa and benefits as per UAE Labour Law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
