Assistant - Sales Operations
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and issuing Sales Offers and Confirmations.
Support execution of trade contracts and ensure performance as per agreed terms.
Coordinate with sourcing and shipping teams on vessel schedules, laycans, and loading plans.
Track and update shipment progress, ensuring all documentation is in order.
Prepare and verify shipping documents -- invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
Assist in preparing documents under Letter of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD) terms in line with UCP600 compliance.
Follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely payment realization.
Maintain the Outstanding Payments List (O/S) and internal operational trackers.
Support digital record keeping and collaborative workflows using G-Suite tools.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate degree in Mathematics, Science, Finance, Business, or International Trade.
Specialization in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or Commodity Trading preferred.Experience:
1-2 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, or export-import.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and learning aptitude are encouraged to apply.Technical Skills:
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
Familiar with Slack, Notion, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.Language Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Foreign language skills (Russian, Greek, or German) will be an advantage.Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
