• Drive Total Revenue (short- & long-term Room, and sell to new, existing, and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
• Maintain and develop the relationship with the in-house guests, and track all extensions required.
• Make sure all long terms guests have contract in place as per the Internal policies of the Hotel.
• Follow-up on invoices, payment and overall billing process as per the internal policies of the Hotel.
• Keep track of Market pricing of hotel apartments and residential apartments
• To utilize IHG sales tools in an appropriate manner to ease work processes and make the same more efficient and transparent - IBP, Delphi, I-RFP, IHG Merlin, IHG Sales Source, SSP and IHG Business Club.
• Consistently communicate \xe2\x80\x9cwithin\xe2\x80\x9d to share market intelligence, provide feedback, and ensure customer awareness with the Hotels and to ensure planning and coordination of sales.

What we need from you

• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Organized and demonstrated good teamwork.
• Fluency in English.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft applications, Opera, Delphi).
• Proactive approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Minimum of 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the service industry and Sales & Marketing environment.
