Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to provide quotes and negotiate prices for transient, long stay and group requests.
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, ensuring record-keeping in our systems to enhance personalized service.
- Deepening your understanding of the market landscape, staying attuned to industry trends, and leveraging this knowledge to effectively position our offerings against competitors.
- Strategically implementing sales tactics during negotiations, while seizing every opportunity to enhance the guest experience through upselling.
- Prioritizing prompt and attentive handling of all requests, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service standards.
- Cultivating customer loyalty by consistently exceeding expectations and embodying the ethos of the One&Only brand in every interaction.
- Nurturing client relationships to foster account growth, while also arranging site visits and engaging in client entertainment activities.
- Collaborating with corporate clients and MICE agencies through proactive sales calls.
