JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Assisting the Sales Division Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. \xc2\xb7 Helping to set sales goals and targets, and monitoring the team\'s performance to ensure these are met or exceeded. \xc2\xb7 Training and coaching sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs. \xc2\xb7 Conducting regular sales meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and ongoing projects. \xc2\xb7 Managing customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. \xc2\xb7 Preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends, forecast sales, and assess the effectiveness of sales tactics. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing the administration of CRM systems and ensuring the sales team accurately records customer interactions and sales. \xc2\xb7 Assisting with the management of the sales budget and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. \xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to foster business development opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Stepping in to directly manage key accounts or lead sales pitches as required. \xc2\xb7 Performing all duties of the Sales Division Manager in cases of absence or emergency. QUALIFICATIONS: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or related courses \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in sales and customer service. \xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of experience in industries related to pharmaceutical excipients, chemicals and raw materials for cosmetics and home care products \xc2\xb7 Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. \xc2\xb7 The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong management and leadership skills. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills.
