to join our growing Car Care department.What you'll do:
Lead and mentor a sales team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. Excellent working experience with brands like SONAX and CTEK. Drive the promotion & sale of our premium car care products to major workshops, dealerships, & service centers. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities and refine our strategy. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Negotiate strategic contracts that benefit both our clients and our business. Ensure we remain a market leader by staying on top of industry trends and competitor activities.
What we're looking for:
6-8 years
of B2B sales experience. A minimum of5 years of experience in the UAE
is required. Strong background inoutbound B2B sale
s to workshops, dealerships, and service centers. A seasoned key account manager with anestablished portfolio
in the automotive sector.Exceptional communication
, negotiation, and leadership skills. Aproactive mindset
