, you will play a key role in driving the performance and efficiency of the Reservations Team. You will ensure full compliance with all SOPs, actively train and coach team members, and consistently monitor their performance to maintain high service standards. You will oversee and enhance all reservations operations, ensuring accuracy in bookings while maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring the satisfaction of both guests and team members. You will review and monitor daily arrivals, ensuring all guest requests are accurately communicated and actioned. You will support Revenue Management in inventory control, including managing allotments, group blocks, and rate codes across all relevant systems. You will also take ownership of driving upselling initiatives and ensure optimal utilization of all distribution channels, such as IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small Luxury Hotels, and Regional and Corporate Sales Offices. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a smooth and efficient reservations experience that contributes to the overall success of the hotel.
Qualifications
College degree in hotel management.
3 years experience in hotel reservations and rooms divisions.
Familiar with the hotel operations available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels.
Understand the dynamics of regional & local market, local competitors and events of the destination.
