Role Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager works closely with the Restaurant Operations Manager to ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance at Atlantis The Palm Dubai. The role emphasizes leadership, KPI delivery, team engagement, and business acumen within high-volume luxury dining operations.
What You'll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure service standards and quality are consistently achieved
• Drive departmental KPIs across guest satisfaction, people performance, product quality, and profitability
• Engage, motivate, and develop colleagues through training, coaching, and effective communication
• Monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest experience
• Support cost control, revenue performance, and overall P and L management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless dining operations
• Assist in implementing operational improvements and best practices

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in buffet or large-scale restaurant operations
• Previous international exposure with five-star hotel experience preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and business performance
• Solid knowledge of P and L management and commercial decision-making
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
