Requirements:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and staff management
Supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen support
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering of food and beverages
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation
Support in scheduling staff and managing shifts
Relevant educational qualification
Prior experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns
