\xc2\xa7 Supervise FOH Team on a daily basis to ensure that they are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as following employee scheduling and disciplinary issues.
\xc2\xa7 Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their dining experience and handle customer complaints to resolve any issues promptly.
\xc2\xa7 Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking inventory levels.
\xc2\xa7 Help restaurant manager with budget planning, cost analysis, and other financial responsibilities.
\xc2\xa7 Responsible for ensuring that the food and beverages meet the restaurant\'s quality standards, and that they are prepared and presented correctly.
