Assist RGM to carry out local store marketing activities
Assist the RGM to maximize the profitability of the restaurant by monitoring food, pack, labor costs and controllable expenses to ensure these are in line with established targets.
Assist RGM in tracking controllable profit and find ways to minimize deficiencies.
Determine the required stock levels and maintaining its level.
Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly inventory.
Ensure that all cash handling and in-store banking procedures always adhered to.
Ensure that the correct level of supplies is ordered, deliveries checked and that stock levels are monitored on a daily and weekly basis and any discrepancies fully investigated and reported.
Monitors the effectiveness of restaurants operations through KPIs and provide constructive feedback & support.
Ensure that all restaurants under his/her supervision are able to achieve brand objectives as per planned.
Ensure understanding and awareness of safe & security procedures.
Make sure all restaurant managers under his/her supervision are fully aware of any changes happened in the operations or any new products.
Follow up on the periodic maintenance schedule.
Oversees prompt and appropriate resolution of all complaints (health inspections, labor office inspections, etc.) within the area and inform the operation manager of serious matters and other issues that may result in legal action.
Identifies and implements process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and profitability in conjunction with the Regional Operation Manager.
Manage call center, online and aggregators orders ensuring delivery standards are executed at all times.
Monitor & follow up the financial performance of the delivery units & its impact on the sales of the store and over all the area on periodical basis (monthly)
Execute the delivery marketing & promotions plans to maximize the revenue of delivery service
Monitor competitors\' activities and coordinate with the restaurant managers and marketing managers to keep ahead of competition.

Coaches and assists RGM and delivery team in controlling delivery expenses in conjunction with the Chain / Operations Manager.
Tracks, analyses, and identifies root cause of customer complaints and leads management team to implement systematic solutions.
Works with RGM to develop R&R plan for the drivers and HD Supervisor and lead the R&R activities in his area.
Ensure that all restaurants under his/her supervision are able to achieve all delivery related brand objectives as per planned.

Make sure all restaurant managers and delivery team in his/her supervision are fully aware of any changes happened in the delivery procedures.
Follow up on the periodic delivery cars and motorcycles maintenance schedule.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Any graduation
Experience in casual dining restaurants at managerial level for at least 2 years
