Key Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant Manager with strategic planning and departmental goals
Ensure restaurant operations meet Six Senses quality, wellness, and sustainability standards
Monitor products, menus, and services to remain innovative and relevant
Maintain strict adherence to LQA service benchmarks
Handle guest complaints through effective service recovery
Regularly inspect service areas and guest orders, ensuring prompt corrective action
Assist in leading and motivating a team of skilled hospitality hosts
Update guest history profiles and help create personalized dining experiences
Ensure ethical, safe, and legally compliant operations
Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless guest service
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management
Over 3 years of experience in luxury hotel F&B operations
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine service, menu development, and hygiene standards
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with OPERA and MICROS systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Understanding of cultural nuances, guest expectations, and luxury service
