Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a high-end Italian restaurant located at a luxury hotel in Jumeirah, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
Supervise service staff and ensure top-quality guest service at all times
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
Assist in managing reservations, seating flow, and special events
Monitor inventory, costs, and sales reports to support business goals
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end or Italian restaurant
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and guest relations skills
Solid understanding of Italian cuisine and service culture
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Salary: AED3500-4000 plus service charge
