Assistant Restaurant Manager | Dubai | 4 star Hotel
A stylish 4-star hotel in Dubai Marina is seeking a motivated and experienced ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join its fine-dining team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hospitality environment and grow within a dynamic, multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences in Michelin-star and fine-dining settings
• Supervise and train staff to maintain service excellence
• Monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve performance goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury restaurants or fine-dining preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Willingness to relocate and work in Dubai

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary: AED 5,000
• Live-out allowance: AED 4,000
• Transportation allowance: AED 750
• Telephone allowance: AED 250
• Service charge
• Meals provided

• 30 days annual leave
• 6-day work week, 1 day off
