Job Description
The Role
? Ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably ? Coordinate a variety of activities, combines strategic planning and day-to-day management activities, in order to enhance restaurant sales ? Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team ? Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction, responding to customer complaints, meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations ? Analyse the operations/ P&L to determine deviations from standards and take corrective measures.

Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 14K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A fast-growing food and beverage group in the Middle East Qualifications: ? Open to Europeans /CIS nationals ? Male, 21 to 38 years old ? At least 3 years of experience in the similar role ? Experience working in lounge/ high end casual dining is preferred
