Job Description
We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Team. Responsibilities: -Establish and maintain high engagement within the team that priorities guest satisfaction. -Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members. -Inspire the team to execute the highest level of service standards at all times -Ensure all aspects of Hygiene, and safety standards are set in place, Implemented and monitored on a daily basis. -Make sure that all material and equipment made available to the Outlet is correctly used. -Ensure that the place of work and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized at all time -Analyze guests\' feedback and make practical suggestions to elevate the guest experience. -Make any suggestion to the management to elevate product and service quality. -Has a proven record of being a team player with high focus on guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
