(Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager for a 5 star luxury hotel
About the Role:
You will be responsible to manage and develop the restaurant food and beverage standards and to ensure maximization of departmental profits.
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure his/her outlets most efficient functioning.
- Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
- Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
- Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling in order to maximize rates.
- To gain customer feedback at all times.
- Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a restaurant management position in 5 star hotel
- Preferred candidate with previous work experiences in French Mediterranean Concept restaurant.
