Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Resident Engineer to join our team!

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Assist and support the Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer

Strong professional skills and responsible for the Construction Supervision of the Irrigation Network, Planting, Paving, Furniture, Shades Structure, Play Equipment, Fountains & Water Features, Levels & Grading.

Review and approval of all Material submittals, Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Erection Details, Method of statements, As-built drawings, O & M Manuals in accordance with Projects\xe2\x80\x99 Contract Documents and Inspections

Review of Contractors\xe2\x80\x99 / Sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 Prequalification and Technical Documents, RFPs , etc.

Inspect Daily Site Works and Activities, issue Site Instruction, SORs & NCRs to Contractors, Respond to RFIs, Nurseries visit for plants selections, Mock-up approvals, authorizing payments as per work completed/approved.

Testing & Commissioning of irrigation system, snagging/de-snagging, review Warranties/Guaranties and handover project satisfying all closeout documents until final issuance of TOC.

Coordination with all other services/disciplines & design team, meeting with Employer, Stakeholders and Authorities.

Draft technical letters

Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervise all landscape/Irrigation Maintenance works in DLP and handover to Operation & Maintenance Contractors with all the documents at DLP completion.

What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:

B.Eng. Civil or Horticulture or Landscaping

8+ years of experience in which a minimum 4 years shall be in similar relevant Works.
