Job Title: Assistant Resident Engineer - MEP
Responsibilities
Supervise MEP works as per drawings, specs, contracts, QA/QC, HSE & authority regulations Review/approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs & CVIs Monitor inspections, NCRs, site observations & corrective actions Review programs, progress, payments, variations & EOT claims Coordinate with client, consultant, contractors, authorities & suppliers Support handover, risk mitigation & team supervision
Requirements
Bachelor's in
Construction / Project / MEP Engineering
Dubai Municipality Certified QA/QC certifications preferred5+ yrs UAE
experience withConsultants
6+ yrs UAE
experience withMain Contractors
4-6 yrs contractor/developer experience in home country Can join within30 days
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
