Assistant Resident Engineer

Job Description
Assist the Resident Engineer in managing day-to-day site supervision of construction activities. Monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site-related technical issues. Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure compliance with
UAE authority requirements
(Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, RTA, etc.). Conduct site inspections for civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works as required. Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and non-conformance reports. Support in reviewing contractor's progress reports, schedules, and quality submissions. Assist in managing health, safety, and environmental compliance on site. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports for the Resident Engineer. Follow up on punch lists, snagging, and project closeout activities. Act as a liaison between the Resident Engineer, project team, and contractors to ensure smooth site coordination.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
