Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and control project execution and handover in line with design drawings, contracts, QA/QC and HSE plans, and authority regulations.
Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, material submittals, and method statements.
Oversee and approve work and material inspections, RFIs, CVIs, payment applications, variation and EOT claims.
Monitor and coordinate project baseline programs, construction schedules, and look-ahead plans.
Conduct weekly progress and technical meetings; prepare and distribute minutes.
Act as liaison among clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
Track and resolve non-compliances through NCRs and site observations.
Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Mentor and provide technical oversight to the consultant project team.
