Job Description
:
control over the implementation of measures to promote and sell retail banking, investment and insurance products to Clients of the Wealth/Premium segment; conducting training seminars, technical training for employees of separate divisions of the Bank serving Clients in the Wealth/Premium segment; development and implementation of motivational programs for employees;
Job Requirements:
- monitoring the quality of customer service
- higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience, at least 1 year as a manager;
- experience in the banking sector with clients.
