Role Description

ARTA Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and creative

Drafting / 3D Design & Quantity Surveyor

to join our technical team

immediately

. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, 3D designs visualizations, and accurate quantity take-offs for luxury villa and building projects. This role combines technical drafting precision with cost estimation and coordination skills to support project execution from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & 3D Design:

Prepare

detailed shop drawings

,

as-built drawings

, and

3D visualizations

for architectural and interior works. Develop

layouts, elevations, and details

based on project specifications and site conditions. Create realistic

3D models and renderings

to support design presentations and client approvals. Revise and update drawings according to

Authority comments,

consultant comments

and

site modifications

. Ensure drawings and models comply with

company, client, and authority standards

.

Quantity Surveying:

Assist in preparing

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

and

cost estimates

from approved drawings. Perform

material quantity take-offs

for architectural, civil, and MEP works. Support in preparing

tender documents

,

subcontractor comparisons

, and

cost breakdowns

. Verify

site quantities

and assist in preparing

payment certificates

and

variation claims

. Maintain updated cost data, material lists, and measurement records.

Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with

designers, engineers, and project managers

for technical and commercial requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Architecture

, or

Quantity Surveying

.

2-4 years

of experience in drafting, 3D designs, and quantity surveying within the construction industry. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

,

Revit

,

3ds Max

, or similar 3D design software. Strong command of

MS Excel

and

quantity take-off tools

(e.g., Plan Swift, Bluebeam, or similar). Good understanding of

construction drawings

,

BOQ preparation

, and

design detailing

. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and technical accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
