We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support our quality assurance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good command of both Hindi and English, and the ability to work well within a team and lead when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems.
Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure product and process compliance.
Support quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with different departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Supervise QA team members and provide guidance and training as needed.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Train staff on quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a quality management or similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
Proficient in Hindi and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products for reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
