Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position (MAS199) will support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing various aspects of projects within our expansive entertainment and leisure development initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

+ - Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules. - Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making processes.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops, documenting minutes and action items.
- Support risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in managing project budgets and financial performance, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desire to learn and grow within the project management field.
