Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management activities to ensure alignment with project goals, schedules, and quality standards
• Manage and control project communications to maintain transparency and timely information flow among stakeholders
• Coordinate and track project deliverables to ensure on-time submission and compliance with contractual and technical requirements
• Implement and monitor project quality management processes and documentation
• Prepare and maintain regular project reports including progress updates, risk logs, and budget tracking
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination across the project lifecycle
• Provide direction and support to project team members to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or a closely related field
• Minimum five years of experience supporting or managing infrastructure projects in a multidisciplinary environment
• Demonstrated potential to perform in a lead capacity and coordinate teams effectively
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for infrastructure delivery

Skills Set

• Strong working knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with BIM and digital project delivery tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental considerations in infrastructure projects
