Your Role: Project Engineering Lead

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and

manage a team of 7+ Professional Engineers

. Assign responsibilities, track progress, and

mentor junior engineers

. Oversee

external subcontractors and vendors

for specialized projects.

Project Execution & Delivery

Independently manage projects

from registration to final customer feedback. Oversee

project planning, scheduling, and execution

across

UAE and GCC regions

. Ensure compliance with

DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, and international engineering standards

. Conduct

site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and engage with clients

.

Sales Estimation & Technical Proposals

Support in

preparing and reviewing BOQs, RFQs, technical bids, and cost estimations

. Assist the

business development team in client negotiations and project feasibility studies

. Ensure

competitive pricing while maintaining project quality and safety

.

Technical Compliance & Documentation

Prepare, review, and present

Technical SOPs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Field Checklists, Report Templates, Gantt Charts, Shutdown Affection Schedules, and Compliance Documentation

. Ensure adherence to

ISO 9001, ISO 45001, IEEE, OSHA, and GCC engineering standards

. Manage

technical documentation across multiple projects to ensure traceability and compliance

.

Resource Planning & Optimization

Allocate

manpower, subcontractors, and materials

to ensure

timely project completion

. Optimize

workflows and project execution

using

Primavera P6, MS Project, and Odoo ERP

.

Who We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field

.

Experience

- 7+ years in

project execution, site supervision, project sales, and team management

.

Industry Experience

- Strong background in

electrical contracting, power systems, and project management

.

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with

ETAP, AutoCAD, Odoo ERP, Primavera P6, and project documentation tools

.

License

- Valid

UAE Driving License (Preferred)

.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

PMP / PRINCE2 Certification (Preferred)

.

Experience in technical sales estimation and tender preparation

.

Strong knowledge of DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, KAHRAMAA, and SEC regulations

.

Ability to work across multiple GCC locations

with

occasional travel for regional projects

.
