Job Description

AECOM are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead the pre-construction phase of complex, multidisciplinary projects involving Architecture, MEP, and Structural designs. This role is responsible for ensuring project readiness, from concept to tender award, aligning stakeholder expectations, managing design deliverables, and optimizing time, cost, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects involving architectural and MEP/structural systems. Proven ability to lead teams, manage consultants, and deliver projects from concept to contractor appointment.
