: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to p erform on a variety of engineering/ project management duties related to coordination, quality checks, reporting, planning and delivering. What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Manage and control all the project communications related to the project.
- Coordinate and control all deliverables including follow up internally with design teams to meet project deliverables.
- Projects\' quality management.
- Provides guidance to the team working on the same project.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring that project deliverables are met.
- Attend meetings with the clients and internal stakeholders - Stakeholder management.
- Project reporting and supporting the PM in preparing weekly, biweekly and monthly reports on the project progress.
- Coordinate with finance to issue the invoices on timely manners.
- Contributes as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in project management ideally working on infrastructure projects (Roads, Utilities, Community Developments, Master planning).
- Working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft office and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
- Familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required.
- Potential to perform in a lead capacity.
- Engineering consultancy experience is preferred.
