Assistant Project Manager

Job Description
As part of our clients structured growth plans, they are looking to onboard a project manager keen to explore new opportunities in the Gulf. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated with a degree in construction (or related degree) and have approximately 1 to 2 years\' experience under their belt. They must be eager to progress their career and excited to explore opportunities in the Dubai.
A successful assistant Project Manager will have:

A successful assistant Project Manager will have:
- 1 to 2 years\' experience within construction project management.
- Ability to create and update effective budgets and project schedules.
- Ability to lead a construction management team & guide them in the planning and execution of construction activities.
- Familiar with Microsoft project and similar programs.
- Facilitate effective communication between the client, main contractor and stakeholders.
- Oversee the procurement process for labour and materials.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and construction standards.
- Effectively manage project risks and promptly address any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Exposure to large urban development schemes, ideally in the GCC.
