Setting and Reporting The advertised post is for the position of Assistant Project Manager based out of Ethiopia, Africa. The candidate will report to the Director\xe2\x80\x99s and head office under the supervision of Manager on ground. Responsibilities Planning factory daily operations. Supervising the factory workers on the production floor. Maintaining set standards of the production line. Implementing production strategies as per requirements. Monitoring the factory operations. Taking corrective action as and when required. Resolving any factory-related issues. Preparing production schedules and reports. Inspecting the quality of the finished products. Preparing, maintaining and presenting the reports to the management in the form of WIP, MIS and any other necessary reports. Coordinating and negotiating with external vendors and agencies Liaison with government officials as and when required. Job Specific Qualifications Work Experience and other requirements 3-5 years of professional experience in planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on project management level with the use of various project management tools. Sound knowledge and understanding of various aspects of project management techniques. Experience of project manager in manufacturing industry is desirable. Ability to multitask simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Organizational and time management skills. Decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities. Thorough knowledge in computer working like MS office , Google worksheets etc Languages For the advertised post command over Hindi and working knowledge of English is required. Amharic is desirable.
