Requirement to work for a interior fit out company delivering project across Dubai. The role is for an Assistant Project Manager to work on fit-out projects ranging from: Commercial offices, F&B and residential properties.
Successful Candidates will have a minimum of 4-5 years post graduate experience and a background working with fit out companies within the UAE. The role will be support the project director to deliver projects on time and without faults. The candidate will be responsible for the overseeing of all projects and office operations. Excellent communication skills and spoken English is essential. Salary range:
AED 5000 to 7000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Driving License essential - Own car preferred (Car allowance will be provided) Additional benefits: Yearly flight, fuel expenses Requirements: To be considered for the role:

• Experience in a similar position and be responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, close out etc.
• Able to interact with clients and meet their expectations
• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Material and manpower planning and management.
• Should be able to independently handle sites
• Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as retail stores, offices and residential properties etc.
• Quality control of work done at site.
• Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
• Should have a good knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM.
• Excellent attention to detail and forward thinking.
• Coordination with other contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Authority approvals knowledge is an advantage
• Able to use project management software
