UOWD is seeking applications from candidates to fill the position of a full-time Assistant/Associate Professor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship/Management to commence in April 2023. The Faculty of Business is the largest faculty within the University of Wollongong in Dubai. It offers a range of academically balanced programs to meet the needs of the various sectors of the economy. The Faculty offers undergraduate, postgraduate and Higher Degree Research programs in a variety of disciplines, including Accounting, HR, Finance & Economics; Marketing, Management and Operations, Innovation and Entrepreneurship among others. The qualified and experienced academics at the Faculty are dedicated to providing theoretical and practical knowledge of high standard in an intellectually stimulating environment. UOWD seeks a dynamic, creative and collaborative faculty member to guide and inspire in the core areas of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, for example, Insights and Assessment of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Creating Business Innovation Plan and Creating New Products and Commercialisation. Candidates should have a PhD in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field from an accredited university and are expected to have a strong commitment to, and evidence of, teaching and learning excellence and impact in the core discipline. UOWD is an advocate of Responsible Research and candidates are also expected to provide evidence of strong and sustained commitment to societal impact through their research activities and industry-research collaborations. In addition to scholarly impact, evidence of practice impact is highly valued. Candidates are therefore expected to demonstrate evidence of strong and sustained engagement with industry, and with other relevant external stakeholders. Qualifications
To qualify for the above role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• PhD in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited international academic institution.
• Teaching and learning experience at an AACSB accredited institution.
• A responsible researcher with scholarly and practice outcomes including high-impact publications[1] , generation of research income and industry-research collaborations, with a focus on addressing societal challenges and experience in supervising Master\xe2\x80\x99s Research/Doctoral candidates.
• Fluency in the English language (both spoken and written).
