Assistant Product Analyst Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Nutrition Products Assistant. This position will primarily involve providing administrative and operational support within the field of nutrition products, including sports nutrition, dietary supplements, baby food, and related categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition, along with experience in the industry, to assist in various aspects of product development, marketing, and customer support. Responsibilities: 1. Product Research and Development: - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences. - Assist in the formulation and development of new nutrition products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements. - Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to source ingredients and materials for product development. 2. Marketing Support: - Aid in the creation of marketing materials such as product labels, brochures, and online content. - Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, including social media initiatives, email newsletters, and advertising efforts. - Monitor customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. 3. Customer Service and Support: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, usage guidance, and nutritional advice. - Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner, working towards satisfactory resolutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. 4. Regulatory Compliance: - Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines governing the nutrition products industry, ensuring adherence to quality standards and legal requirements. - Assist in the preparation of documentation and submissions for regulatory approvals and certifications. 5. Administrative Tasks: - Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability. - Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members as needed. - Assist in maintaining product databases, records, and documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a related field. - Previous experience of working in the nutrition products industry, preferably in roles related to product development, marketing, or customer support. - Strong understanding of nutrition principles, dietary supplements, and food regulations. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with relevant software tools for research and analysis. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also capable of taking initiative and working independently when necessary. - Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the FDA, USDA, SFDA, DM and relevant international agencies. - Experience with product formulation, Label rules and development processes.
