Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide academic leadership across multiple programs

? Mentor and train advisors for professional growth

? Oversee student academic progress and family support

? Manage program implementation and curriculum development

? Ensure efficient CRM/database management

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field

? Strong leadership and program management skills

? Experience in homeschooling or academic advising is a plus

? Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
