Assistant Pet Groomer assists the Pet Groomer for basic pet grooming which consists of bathing & blow drying the pets, cutting the pets\xe2\x80\x99 nails and cleaning the pets\xe2\x80\x99 ears. Housekeeping a must to keep the workplace clean and tidy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES \xc2\xb7 Assists the Pet Groomer on the day-to-day business operations of grooming center within the retail store. \xc2\xb7 Assist the Pet Groomer on basic pet grooming based on the best practices and customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs; \xc2\xb7 Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the grooming center; \xc2\xb7 Ensure safety of pets throughout the grooming process; \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all pets are well taken care of and in compliance with AVA guidelines; \xc2\xb7 Adhere to all the retail SOP, company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, processes and procedures; \xc2\xb7 Upsell pet care products; \xc2\xb7 Highlight abnormalities of pets to the customers to avoid unnecessary conflicts or misunderstanding; \xc2\xb7 Feedback to Operations Manager operations matters; \xc2\xb7 Practice professionalism and acting in the best interests of the company, in all aspects; \xc2\xb7 Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION JOB REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xa7 Be a strong team player with positive attitude \xc2\xa7 Assist Groomers in handling/holding big pets. \xc2\xa7 Able to carry dogs & animals up to 30kg \xc2\xa7 Able to work in a warm environment/ wet environment \xc2\xa7Must not be afraid of dog/cat & be bitten/scratched. \xc2\xa7 Not fearful to trim pet nails and clean pet ears. \xc2\xa7 Must not be sensitive to chemical & fur Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED1,750.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
