We are seeking a skilled pastry chef with in-depth knowledge of French patisserie, buttercream cakes, and decorative techniques. The ideal candidate should also be passionate about developing new recipes and creating seasonal or themed cake menus.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare classic and modern French pastries (e.g., croissants, eclairs, mille-feuille, macarons)
Decorate cakes with professional buttercream techniques (piping, floral, sculptural)
Develop and test innovative cake and dessert recipes
Design and update seasonal or custom dessert menus
Ensure consistent high-quality presentation and taste
Maintain hygiene and kitchen standards
Nice to Have:
Experience with fondant work or wedding cakes
Experience training or mentoring junior staff
Ability to cost recipes and plan menus
