Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support in menu development and new recipe testing when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry or bakery.
Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
